There is form for sending request to review of the sites on this page. If you want to add several sites please click "Add New". If you want to delete the sites please click "Delete site". If the sites have the same details for access - you could enter them to field "Access details for all sites". If your login has deadline, you could use the schedule near the field to choose the date.
